8. If you invest on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other entity, you declare that you are authorized to execute and perform investor obligations on behalf of such entity.

You will not directly or indirectly circumvent CIC and shall not contact or invest in the start-ups presented to you by CIC other than through CIC You will not share personal information about other members of CIC and shall not transfer or disclose any information provided to you by CIC to any third party, nor use it for any other purpose other than investment through CIC. any use of information by way of circumvention of CIC , shall be considered a material breach of these Term

10. You will not violate intellectual property or other rights of any person. You will not promote illegal activity, pornography, or violence. You will not sell access to the Service.

11. You will not transmit unwanted electronic communications (“spam”) to other members of the CIC community.

12. You acknowledge that the investments made by you are highly speculative.

13. You have the knowledge and experience in financial and business matters and are capable of evaluating the merits and risks of making early-stage investments and you are able to bear the economic risks of acquiring securities and holding them for a substantial period of time.

14. You acknowledge that any offering published or information on this Website does not constitute a promise or guarantee by CIC as to the success of the investment and involves a risk factor that might result in the loss of your investment.

15. You approve that CIC does not make any representation or warranty regarding the accuracy and completeness of content posted on the Website.

16. You use discretion and judgment before investing any money.
