The undersigned hereby give Catalyst Investors’ Club Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, “CIC”) full permission to use our name, logo, web site screen captures, description and any videos displayed on our website or uploaded on our behalf to any online video sharing platform (the “Materials”) for marketing and publicity purposes and declare that there is no legal prevention by CIC to use the materials by CIC for the purpose above.

Any such use by CIC shall not be done in a derogatory manner to the undersigned. Such permission is revocable at any time, and CIC shall promptly cease such use upon the undersigned's first written request.
Subject to the foregoing paragraph, we understand that CIC may use all or any part of the Materials as it sees fit, including without limitation on its publicly viewable websites, YouTube channels and social media platforms.

We hereby confirm that we are the sole owners of the Materials. No other consent of any third party is required in connection with the permission granted herein. We hereby release and discharge CIC and its employees, licensees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims arising out of CIC’s use of the Materials as authorized herein.
